24 Hour shipping

We post all parcels ASAP within 24 hrs after we receive cleared payment.

- Australia wide: Free

- International: flat rate $9.95

- Express Postage: extra cost when selected.

Late deliveries

Please note we cannot be held responsible for late delivery, and no compensation of any kind will be entered into for late delivery.

Delivery time is totally in the hands of Australia Post over which we have no control.

We cannot advise a time when your parcel will be delivered.

If you need delivery by a certain day we suggest placing your order early to allow for any delays on the part of Australia Post.

Delays sometimes do occur with Australia Post due to fog at airports, flood, and courier truck breakdowns.

In our experience it doesn't happen very often, but it does happen.

Conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds

We will not accept unauthorized returns of our products.

If you receive your purchase and are in any way unhappy with it please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Please also note, once the product has been removed from its original packaging we are unable to accept a return.

This also applies regardless of whether or not the product was used. Once opened, NO return. 

We do not refund if you simply change your mind, so please ensure that you really do want the product before you purchase.

If a colour is incorrect we will exchange for another, but will not refund.

Exchange is only possible if conditions below have been met.

You must contact us first before sending an item back for exchange or refund.

Item must be returned within 7 days.

Exchanges may only be made once. 

If you have been authorized to return a product it MUST be returned in its original packaging and in the same brand new, unused, unopened condition in which you received it.

If an item is returned and we deem that it has been opened or has not been returned to us in the original brand new condition in which it was sent then the item will be returned to you at your cost and no refund issued.

If we are refunding your purchase for any reason, only a refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

If our conditions have been met and you are authorised to exchange a product then the return postage both ways (return of parcel to us, and new parcel sent to you) is at your expense.

All return postage costs are at the expense of the purchaser.

We will not cover return postage costs and parcels marked "Return To Sender" will be refused.
